Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following terms. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
Definitions
Service refers to the Website.
Website refers to Bluu, accessible from https://bluu.com/
Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Warranty
All Bluu products come with 365 days limited warranty.
Bluu Care
With this protection plan, we offer an extended canopy fabric warranty against color fading from normal exposure conditions. Our extended warranty guarantees against the fabric becoming unserviceable due to:
● Loss of color from normal usage and exposure conditions, including sunlight, mildew, and atmospheric chemicals when used for appropriate applications.
What is covered
1. OLEFIN
Within 3-year limited warranty.
2. SOLUTION-DYED POLYESTER
Within 3-year limited warranty.
3. OUTTRA
Within 5-year limited warranty.
4. SUNBRELLA
Within 5-year limited warranty.
What is not covered
This warranty does not cover normal care and cleaning; damage from misuse or abuse; improper installation; or costs associated with replacement of the fabric, including labor and installation, except as noted in this warranty. Bluu’s liability is expressly limited to this warranty. Bluu reserves the right to require proof of purchase and inspect any fabric submitted for claim.
What will Bluu do
Bluu will supply brand new canopy fabric free to replace the one that becomes unserviceable.
Order Cancellation
bluu.com Orders can be cancelled for any reason before the Goods start shipped. If You need to cancel the Order, please contact Us by email or text including Your Order number. We will reply to You within 24 hours.
● In general, we're not able to stop its transit after it is shipped out. Under this circumstance, shipping fees are not refunded.
Returns
There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product You purchased from Bluu:
- You have 30 calendar days to return Goods from the date you received them.
- Only Goods that have been purchased directly from bluu.com can be returned to Us. Bluu products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
- Please ensure that the Good you're returning is repackaged with all the parts and documentation that were included when you received it.
There are some Goods, however, that are ineligible for return, including:
- The appearance or function of the product is damaged due to the customer’s abuse, etc., which affect the secondary sales.
- Any parts repaired or changed by an unauthorized repair company.
- Special offer products (except when the product itself is defective or damaged due to transportation).
We apologize for any inconvenience.
Returning Goods
If You need to return Goods, please contact Us by email or text including Your Order number. We will reply to You within 24 hours. Please attach the reason for the return, the photos of the goods and your order number.
- We’ll provide You with further instructions on where returns should be shipped and the amount You will be refunded.
- We’ll process your Goods within 2 business days after receiving the Goods, then go through the Refund process after confirming that the product's condition.
- We will refund You no later than 14 business days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods.
- We’ll refund your original payment method.
- Shipping fees are not refunded for returns based on personal reasons.
Exchange Goods
If you purchased your item from Bluu.com, you can return it to Us for an exchange within 30 calendar days from the date you received it. Item exchanges are, of course, subject to our product availability. It's a good idea to check if a product is in stock by visiting bluu.com and then seeing if it's available. If You need to exchange Goods, please contact Us by email or text including Your Order number. We will reply to You within 24 hours.
- Please ensure that the Goods you're returning for exchange have not been opened and used.
- We’ll provide You with further instructions on how to return and exchange Goods.
- Depending on the circumstances, you may be charged or refunded a certain fee . Please contact us for details.
Refund
- If your products have quality problems, we will refund the full amount after you return the Goods, and the refund will be processed within 14 business days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods.
- And the refund notices will be sent to you via the email on your order.
- If you do not receive a refund within 14 business days, you can contact our customer service to confirm, or contact your bank.
- Shipping fees are not refunded for returns based on personal reason.

- If you do not return the gift, it will be deducted from the refund.
